Question on video card

well, I was going to upgrade my video card, and I read that a radeon 9600 would be a good card to get, and not too expencive. Well a quick search on newegg came up with these two. Witch one is better? the radeon 9600XT or the Saphire Radeon 9600

the XT has only 128mb, but has higher speeds, so im just a tad confused. Any help would be welcome!

The Radeon 9600 is not a very powerful card, but the 9600 Pro or the 9600 XT are the best choices from the 9600 line of video cards. The regular 9600 plain sucks compared to them.

I just got the 9600SE (Diamond Stealth or something) and I have to say it preforms very well, especially with Omega Drivers.
