WEWT!!! I'm happy I just pre-ordered my copy of HL2 today and then, after a couple of months of that., HALO2 I can't wait. Anyone else pre-order HL2?

You JUST NOW pre-ordered HL2? I had that thing paid off early LAST year! It was originally SUPPOSED to be released in APRIL, before the code got stolen. Anyway, since I have it paid off I don't really care when it comes out, I'll just go pick it up when it does.

ya... i never really cared about it. But CS:Source will be out soon and that just looks AMAZING. So of course I have to get it. I don't like half-life, I like CS

Are you in on the CS:Source beta? If you have the ATI coupon for HL2 you get to play it.



As for me, I won't be able to afford HL2 at it's release. I guess I'll just have to stick with Doom 3 and hope some fun mods come about.

BETA for the public wont' be out until the end of the month. This week, STEAM is releasing the BETA to certain cyber cafe's. www.csnation.net good site for updates.

Ha preordering HL2, u jsut gave someone 50 dolalrs, and if things continue the way they are u wil have a game by 2009. J/K Ugh well lets hope they are able to get it out by this release date. Valve has reallyy hurt them selfs by doing this it seems liek, casue when it was first premired at e3 like 2 years ago the graphics and what not were top of the line now it has games like doom 3 and Farcry out so the game is appearing to be jsut a norm top of the line game.

Well, I think most of the games get shipped to the stores before Sept. 1, and people who ordered online will want their game BY sept 1, so it will more likely be a big mail day Aug 31, if it even gets released Sept 1. Also, not sure if only USPS will be delivering.
