    Transparent background with a logo?

I know.. i usually don't do much with images, and it's probably pretty simple. All i have is MSpaint and i don't think you can do it with it. how would i go about making the background of this logo transparent?

curly, im assuming you want it for a sig on ao? well if that is the case, and you wanna do it with ms paint, do this. Take a screen shot of a post. then paste it in paint. use the dropper thing, and select a sample from the post where the sig is, that will save the gray color for a bit. then what you do, is select all, then hit delete, then go to paste from.. and select the image. paste it, then using the paint can, paint the area you want in that greyish color. next, you shrink the working area to match the image, and voilla!

You need to use a program like Photoshop to be able to make the transparent backgrounds and then save it as a .gif file.
