Alien vs. Predator

Yeah, i saw it today. Luckily I made sure to see a matine'(sp??) It wasn't bad but it wasn't all that great. Some good fight scenes and I got a lot of inspiration for new stuff to draw.There was some good character development to...wait, what character development Man I don't even remember the name of the main chic nor any of the other people in it really. I dunno I just went to see the preditors kick some alien butt so I wasn't too disapointed, just wish they didn't make the preditors so whimpy.

I saw a Matinee as well. Only $7.25 instead of the regular $9. The coolest looking Predator died 2nd. I loved the mask. The one that went to the end was too plain. I think if it was a half hour longer it could of been better. I say that cause I think they crammed way too much in a short time frame. The main chicks name was Lex or something. This is kind of a spoiler but I have a question. Why did it take longer for the alien to incubate in the predator then it did in the humans? Anyhow. The pred's weren't all that wimpy. They didn't have their guns yet so they couldn't do much but hand to hand, which we all know is tougher then blasting several away from a distance. None the less though that one with the cool mask was doing some butt whooping til the Alien disappeared. Anyways... not a bad show but not the greatest. It got me contimplating on getting the Special Edition of Predator 1 on DVD.

...This is kind of a spoiler but I have a question. Why did it take longer for the alien to incubate in the predator then it did in the humans?

Because if the aliens incubated as fast in the predators as they did in the humans, the predator wouldnt have been alive to help the chick get out of the pyramid, and you wouldnt have had much of a movie... :-/


It was pretty good...

Excellent for an action movie... so-so as far as plot.

I saw it, and I thought it was pretty good especially considering the lame PG-13 rating it had to work under. That, and I think this comment is funnier than hell...

i saw it and i felt they were a few things wrong with it, but it was a good movie non the less. the humans are to blame for the two predators dying, if they hadnt stolen the shoulder cannons the death toll would have been eminse on the alien side. though the last remaining predator really kicked *** with that frisbe from hell thing he had. but i think that the predators had know that the alien was in him and wanted to see what it would have done.
