cocker eye

does anyone know how or where to get a cocker eye installed for cheep?

i know that i can get it done a ii sports for 80 bucks but i just need a hole in a piece of metal

does anybody know if you can get it done elsewhere or do it yourself?

if you can do it yourself is it hard or any special way to do it?

Take everything to a small local machine shop and show them what you need and odds are they will do it for cheap...or in some cases, because it's so easy and simple, for free.
