It was a joke in response to someone commenting that Arabs invented the zero (which they did). Obviously Rooster considers all Arabs terrorists so I have been labled a terrorist in his signature.

Show me in the consitution where it says judicial review can change the text of the consitution. I think it says somthing about the senate and a 3/4 vote of the states, I don' recall anything about judiciary review.

Of course judiciary review is the scum's wet dream. Forget representation of elected officials, the scum will change the law from the bench.

Judicial review, Marbury v. Madison someone hasn't taken law 101. Its part of the checks and balances that have been established since the constitutions formation.

Judicial review doesn't change the constitution. The goal was to allow the court to interpret the constitution. The constituion can only be amended to change is verbage, but courts can change its interpretation generation to generation.
