Who's heard of Sapphire water?

It's kinda old.. but I just heard about it..

It's a wetless water. It could be used for firefighting among things, so there would be no water damage to property inside the house. It was on good morning america a while ago, they put a computer in the stuff and it worked under it, no damage at all. Think about all the uses this stuff could have..

Ive heard of that stuff, read an article a little while ago, it sounds like pretty rad stuff. Wonder if it ever could be mass-produced for the public...because that would rule.
