Need some Advice, how to spend some big cash.

OK Here is my sitiuation, I will put the poll choices above. I have gotten a really good job and getting decent hours working at my local radio station. Make 8 dollars a hour. Average 15-18 hours every week.

I have saved ruffly 500.

Here are what I'm thinking of doing with the money. I'm tired of saving.

A: Get my Jeep a pimp stero system. Kicker 1500 watt amp, and Kicker L7 Solo Baric 15"

B: Keep saving, and buy some 20 inch rims

C: Keep saving and buy a DM4

Keep in mind these factors when you make your decisions

I already have just about all the gear I need, 03 vision shocker, 2 tanks, 2 halo's etc.
The DM5 comes out at cup, so want prices go down? I only have one more month of tourney play and then the season is over until feb.

My Jeep has about 800 dollars worth of front end damge. My parents are getting this fix.

So what would you do if you were in my position. I mean, showing up at a field with 2 nice gats. Great feeling. Busting out the tunes around town gettting looks. Great feeling. Rolling on dubs, well that just blinging beetchs..


So waht would you do?

In my shoes, I would save for a nice vacation. mmmm, vacation. Vegas, Cancun, or Ireland sounds good to me.

Im sorry, i dont want to be rude or anything. But $8 an hour for 15-18 hours isnt that great. How old are you? I make $125 a week mowing lawns and im 15. I was expecting big cash, like 400+ a week, but you are making 120-144 a week.

Ok well, its big money to me personally. I'm 16. I don't do anything there except talk, push buttons and surf the net. Pretty easy for 8 bucks a hour. I'm not looking to go on vacation, and I'm glad some of you make more money then me, but please keep with the topic, I don't want to save my money I want one of the three things, and I know you will just say now well don't let us to decide you decide. I just want some positve input.

Alright well heres a problem with the 20's. You live in North Carolina? Well, if you put 20's on your jeep, you stopping distance is almost doubled, which may not be the best thing for where you live. Now, you can take them off in the winter time, you will be fine. Adding a set of 20's to a jeep, is amazing, just make sure you pick the right rim, get a tire that fits, that is the most important thing.

hehe I make a lil over 15/hr and talk.. push buttons and surf the net. In fact I'm at work right now...lol. I might be moving to another company too doing the EXACT same thing (just a diff company) and making $2/hr more. I hope that goes through.

In any case... I agree, rims rock, but make sure you dont blow it all on rims and skimp on the others.

Honestly man. You said it yourself, you're 16. Take advantage of the time ya have w/ low bills. BUT... BE semi responsable. Dont go spending every penny you earn. Save some, so when you're 18/19 and ready to get the hell out of the house you have a few bucks to buy those 200 bucks worth of groceries you'll end up spending...lol.

I did the same thign when I was 16. I was a manager at a waterpark and for 2yrs I worked about 14hrs a day (double shifts) cause I loved my job. Made some decent money for a 16-18yr old and had a blast, but nothing to show for it (except a rockin' VCR at the time I loved, but I gave it away to a tattoo shop ...lol). So sorta split fun and savings.

if you have a jeep wrangler or a jeep cherokee you should get a 4 in suspension lift and 35 in pro comp mud terrain tires on it it looks super sweet. i dont really think rims look good on jeeps but thats just my opinion

Ballin- I have had that thought many of times, except I have the only cherokee in the whole world that isn't 4 wheel drive. So it kind of cancels its self out.
