If you don't have the discipline to finish high school what makes you think they'll put up with you in the military? The military also has minimum standards. But, I guess they are desperate these days.

I'm 15 and I dont think signing up teachers emails for spam is really that funny. There is this thing called a 'spam filter'. Plus even if they diddnt have spam filters, you wouldnt be able to see the results of your work unless your teacher starts complaining in the middle of class (doubtful) or you look on their computer. Therefore you cant get full satisfaction of knowing that you flooded their mailbox, and it looses its effect.

Hmmm...some of you act like kids in school are the amazing a**holes to their teachers...some of you much not have had BAD teachers, and i dont mean bad just becuase they dont let you chew gum or anyhting but i really do mean bad, as in not good at teaching and they are just complet d***heads. I have had teachers theat complain to other teachers about how bad the class is even though the class does not do a damn thing in the class...some teachers are just generaly bad and dont know what they are doing. Somtimes its fun to just piss them off some times like they piss the students off, lighten up people.

I'm going to school to become a teacher, most of my family are teachers, but i'm also a student and i still think that signing your teacher up for spam may be a "cool" thing to tell your friends you did, but its stupid, you'll never see the results since most schools carry hardcore spam filters. About you not finishing highschool, think again if you want to join the Core or any other great service. They require at LEAST a GED or a Diploma so you may want to reconsider your idea. And let me tell you its much easier to get your Diploma from your highschool by just finishing school than going to the local community college getting your GED. When you get older you'll realize that your highschool years are honestly some of your best. Trust me, College is great and all, but highschool was so much more fun.

The Marines don't want stupid people. They want smart people who have the knowledge, and the know how, to get the job right the first time.

Now, dropping out of high school? How good will that look to the recruiter. One who went to West Point, etc. Not very good. It shows you quit when the work starts to get hard. Thats a no-no.

Now, dying for your country? Pointless(in the way YOU look at it). Why? Because this country does not need to pay for some fool's funeral(namely, you). Giving ones life for their country might be noble, and it certainly is, but it cannot be in vaine.

Freedom is not free. It has been bought with the lives, and the blood, of patriots. Yet these deaths weren't in vaine. This country, even this planet, is a better place because of it. Anyone wanting to join the military must not go in with the "I"m gonna die dude." attitude that you have. They must go in with a strong will, ready to do whatever needed to protect and serve this country. If that includes laying down one's life, then one must do what they must.

I will give you a few words of advice. You will NEVER become an officer. NEVER. You will be "that fool, PFC(if you make it that far) splatattack. You will probably never even make it to the front lines. Can you say janitor or some other menial job like that(in the military, at least). Not that theres anything wrong with janitors. You might hold a weapon is basic training, but don't expect to go the front lines. Because you won't.
