Some wacky Canadians swiped nearly 50,000 cans of Moosehead beer!

Some excerpts:

"The shipment of Moosehead beer, worth over C$75,000 ($57,000), was on its way to Mexico from an East Coast brewery when it went missing, along with the driver."

""They can't sell it anywhere in Canada without giving away the immediate fact that it's been stolen... So we have crooks stuck with 50,000 plus cans of beer that basically they can't fence.'"

I'm sure they'll think of a way to use the beer. Party on, eh?

then they found a 1/2 ton truck with 5000-8000 cans in it on the side of the road....

Wow, 50,000 cans of Moosehead. For a typical Canadian family that's almost a whole years supply!




I hope they do sell some of it. It'd be a shame if some of it went bad.

thats a great idea. off i go to fill a tabker truck with beer and make a trip around north america giving out beer at every paintball field, drag strip, and college campus. na here i come
