Get an old powerwagon. I know someone who has one and when it is in four low I can almost outrun it on foot (i'm not joking). It has a top speed around 45mph, but it can probably drag just about any currect truck/suv down the road.
I think it it a dana 70 in the front and the back which means your not going to break the thing.
