The top of the board should be bewteen the bottem of your chin and the top of your nose.

He's right. There is a lot to it. I just did a little google search because I'm to lazy to type a lot, but I found a decent site that goes over it for you.

Depending on how tall you are I have a snowboard i could sell ya for a good price if your interested. O yeah, the quick way to see if a board is the right height is to see if its between your chin and your nose so that one kid was sorta right.

Yea, I know theres more than just height. But eh, that's what you get from a lazy person. Dont forget about what ype of riding you will doing as well. Some types of riding, such as a lot of rail riding and such, work better with a more flexible board, and some work better with other stuff.

                    You're all wrong

Between the chin and nose is a very awerage way to determine the right lenth. Most of the high end boards have a size chart on them. It's your weigth that determine the right lenth of the board. Normally, I ride between 160 and 164cm, I like freeriding. I would pick a 159cm for parc riding, nothing taller.

So basicly, it depends of your weigth, then, what do you want to to with it, (freeridie, freestyle parc or pipe)

Make sure that you pick the right width also. If you wear 11us shoe size and up, you need 162cm of width and wider, or else you will get major toe/hell drag in turns.

I used to be a tech rep. for K2 last year, hit me if you need morer infos.
