Sidekicks and PDA's

Well, I have come to the conclusion, that I ethier need one of the two, because I find myself going out to much now, because of this, I get people IMing me wanting to buy items from me and since I do not answer, they take their business else where, its cost me a nice some of money, I always rush everything I do, when I go out, so I can get home. Now, I was looking to get a sidekick, but I have to wait, because the sidekick 2's are coming out. But I would like everyones opinion, whether, I should wait for the sidekick and or get a blackberry. The PDA needs to be able to have access to the internet, so I can check mail, I can recieve IMs.

Any help would be appreciated.

I used to carry a pda. I found it to be an annoyance. Just my experience.

It depends on the person on whether or not they like PDAs. I'm actually posting this with my PDA/Phone.

One of the things you need to be aware of is that you can drop a lot of money on, especially for internet access. You also need to know that you pretty much have to relearn data entry for one, and it can be frustrating. On the flip side, you are able to respond to people instantly. And if you get a decent one, you can keep little pictures and games for long trips.

I was going to get a sidekick, but someone told me the sidekick 2 was coming out, so I looked into that, its coming out this fall. My other choice was a blackberry, but I find the sidekick to be less money, has more things that appeal to me. Im going to the AT&T store in about an hour, to check out some blackberrys. If I find one I like, ill pick it up.

I have a Sony Clie SJ22 that hooks up to my cell phone so I can go online, I have aim and the whole deal. The palm pilot was $125 and the cable was $30, havent gotten the bill yet for the internet but its prob alot Blackberrys are awesome, go for that!

Well, just got back from AT&T, seeing some blackberrys. I like them alot, but if I do get one of them, the sales guy said they come with a talk plan attached to the internet plan, so it would be 60 a month , the the blackberry I liked was 450. So, I got on my crappy samsung, called around to a few Tmobile stores, 10 to be exact, 9 of them didnt have sidekicks in stock, but the last one I called did. So tommorow, I will go and get a sidekick for 200, its only 20 a month of unlimited internet, email, AIM. I will get getting a new cell phone though in Nov. for my birthday, a Motorola v600 with wireless bluetooth technology


But, I left for AT&T at 2:00pm, came home at 3:00pm, well I had 6 IM's, for people wanting to buy headbands, I got back to them when I got to my computer, all 6 of them already bought from someone else, that cost me 150 dollars, for not being at my computer .

Well went to Tmobile, they stink in there, I stood in the store for 15 minutes before someone helped me, no one but me was there. So, I went back to AT&T, once again looked at the blackberrys, came to the conclusion, its a better deal. I am going in tommorow to finalize everything.

Both of my brothers who were born deaf use the T-mobile sidekicks. They're both happy with theirs. I've had a chance to mess around with them and they seem nice, almost eevry webpage i tried worked on it, very nice display, and the internet was decently fast considering it was wireless.

My dad has a blackberry it is nice, but the IM thingy on it sucks, in my oppinion. It might just be me beng retarded. And i also dont like th internet browser very much on it, but it is still quite nifty

Man i wish cingular had as good customer service at the store up near me as the t-mobile store did, i have never gone into this store and not have to wait for atleast 30 mins.
