I just got 1gb PC3200 OCZ dual channel and and does anyone know if it will work in the Socket 754 mobo in a Shuttle SN85G4v2? (fry's just opened up near my house...insane prices. got the ram for $130)

um....most likely. As long as you have the slots for dual channel, you are cool. The speed of the memory is flexible.
