I got to make a purchase for my old company...it was a cable and cable harness manufacturer, so me and the buyer went to down to get some spools of cable...played with some 50 grand in the form a Cashier's Check payable to "cash"

I have held a $1000 dolalr bill of my grandparents. They were going to Reno, we liv ein Alaska. The total cash I held was about 10 grand, it was also theres, same day. :) too bad . The highest amount I have ever owned at one time would be 500 bucks. Im 15 so go fig.

$400,000 Cash. Payday at Ft.Dix, 1988. I was tasked to assist the paymasters in bringing in 4 armored suitcases, once inside I was told to remove the contents and put it in the safe. $400,000 in a large green brick!

$786 bought a computer with it. The comp is now stone age so sits in garage.
Funny Story-
I went to this carnival thing with my friend and his dad asked if I wanted anything. I said I would get one of these huge brownies. My friends dad reached into his wallet and pulled out all these $1 bills. I went to buy the brownie and noticed that a $50 and a $100 got slipped in there. I bought the brownie and brought the money back to his dad. His dad said to keep it. I was like
. I then stupidly said, " you know you're giving me $156" I never saw anyone jump up in the air that quickly. He looked like he was kicked in the butt. Well any case he took the $150 back but let me keep the $6

around 1000 usd is the most money I've ever held. The biggest bill I've held is a 100,000 or 10,000 yen bill... big number but low worth

Where I used to work, I had to cross the street to deposit $10-30k in cash at the bank several times after the accountant got canned. Probably transported by foot at least a million dollars. Hell, me and some co-worker's used those bags of money as footballs in the storage room... so I'm not phased at all by large sums of cash. :)
