Help From Anyone Who Knows Basic Latin

Well,
I just started my junior year and I decided to take Latin instead of French. But Since we just started I have no clue what to do. Our first assignment was to pick our own names. Anyone have a site where I can find some names to choose from? Or any suggestions at all?

try terrence publius affer, your teacher might be impressed, probably not if he/she is like my latin teacher was for the past 3 years, although we never picked names or anything that would make latin useful/interesting in the real world


edit: most of those guys were emporers if im not mistaken, my suggestion is a latin poet guy that seemed to have an obsession with killing people with their own swords in his works, then he died at sea at like 30 years old lol

im taking latin 2 honors next year, and we had nothing to do like that at all for beginning latin. good luck, and once you know the declensions and vocab it makes everything else so much easier.
