Ok.. here's the deal. I can buy a perfectly fine car, 85k miles, nothign wrong with it... exept...

It won't go in reverse. Something with the gears or something? Who knows. How much would it cost to fix that?
The car is 75 bucks..

Linkage for gears is not aligned, I am told.

I forgot to ask.. We have a message board system for my school, and it was posted as "One way 92 Dodge spirit - 75 bucks"
I asked for more info because just that is not alot of info.. transmission passed my mind, what does it matter anyways? Either way, I can still drive it.

Well noone can even begin to help you if you don't know if its manual or auto, two differant worlds. For $75 though who needs reverse

I plan on doing the smash thing. I bought a car for 50 bucks. Peice of crap. Speakers only work when you turn right, (I'm serious! It's messed up), right door will fall off if you open it.. just your normal crappy car. Runs, but not legally.

After beating it up, I'm gonna blow it up.

75 bucks who cares! You could probably scrap if and get more out of it. And if it runs you have a 75 dollar car you can just beat around. My friend bought his old truck for 100 dollars and we ride around in parking lots hitting shoping carts at full speed, lots of fun.
