    How to...?

Ok, ive got Windows Movie Maker and im having a problem. WMM will only use .mpegs, .wmv and a couple others. But it wont use .MOV files. now my digital camera and digital camera software only records .MOV files. Is it possible to convert the .mov file into a .wmv file? If so, how?? Im trying to edit a movie a friend and i made and its frustrating

You should be able to. Google for MOV to MPG/WMV converters. There are a few out there.

If you buy or crack Quicktime, there should be a pugin to export to avi or mpg.

Yeah. WMM is a microsoft product, so it will only use microsoft codecs (WMV, WMA, etc). Unfortunately .MOV is quicktime, and its apple

Try to dig up a WMV to MOV converter or something similar. Or try to do a search for some free trial video editing software that you can use for 30days w/o problems. I'm sure it can.
