Okay ... so last year I did Atkins and went from 225 to 170. After quiting the diet (gradually), my body even'ed out at 180lbs. I have recently started running to keep in shape and get better in shape and need some diet advice.
I was still doing a reduced carb diet, about 75-100 grams tops a day, and I know this isnt good as I need to carb energy for running. So what I am wondering from those of you here who are runners and such ... what do you eat for your diet? Do you do low-fat high protein/carbs ... etc ...
I run 3 days a week, 30 mins a day ... roughly level terrain, one hill at the start going up.
Any diet suggestions are greatly appreciated.
