    I just have to brag!1111

    I started working out this summer, now I am a ton stronger, and even after gained muscle, I have lost 10lbs. I became addicted to going to the gym, like I anticipate 4:05 everyday so I can leave school and go to the gym. I just had to brag cause everyday I feel like 1000x better about myself when I go.

      I usually feel so much better after working out. Helps me clear my mind.

          Yeah, I joined a gym. I went once, then I missed a day, so I just called and cancelled my membership. Good for you though.

                i try to do a little bit of weight lifting at home every day but i dont get too much results. i also run a little over 6km a day, and i try to do that everyday but other stuff sometimes gets in the way (video games)

                    That is really great Coffey! Everyone should do some kind of physical activity every day, Idealy they would all join a gym and lift weights. Make sure your nutrition supports this new active lifestyle, it is 60% of the game. Cut back/eliminate soda and you will be MUCH better off, espeically with a weight lifting routine that stresses the bones. Many chemicals in soda actually inhibit the ossification of bone (strengthening). If you need any advice dont hesitate to shoot me a PM.

                        I run anywhere from 3-6 miles a day and watch what I eat.

                        Now I'm 6'1" and weigh 130 pounds.

                          what a waste of time, get a job framing houses or some thing. Going to a gym is like tongue jewelry... why?
