The Official Get devildog a PS2/Xbox Thread

As some of you know, devildog is currently serving his country in Iraq. He has request a system and I for one would like to get it to him and his fellow service memebers.

So here's my plan:

We catagorize what we can give him, make a list, and send it all out from the same place. I think we should be able to scrounge up at least one PS2 and one Xbox. I'd be great to get a couple Xboxes so they could link em up.

Not to sound self serving, but I'm nominating myself as the send out point. I live three blocks from a regional PO, and I have an almost brand new PS2 that I'm not gonna be using for a little while. But if someone has a better idea (or someone they trust more here on AO) thats cool

Everything or Nothing

What I'd like to do is make a list of whateveryone can donate. I'll keep a copy, post one here, and send it to at least one mod. THat way there's no funny buisness

I'm sort of making this up as I go, but I will give you a plan before anyone mails anything.

I have Grand Turismo 3: Aspec and Onimusha that I can send off.

Honestly I think it would be a good idea to let everyone send off their own stuff. If you're going to donate all that already, you might as well just send it, then they continue to get suprises in the mail. Much nicer that way.

I'd suggest looking into everybody's feedback if they want to participate in this.

I can send some PS2 games, I've got twisted metal black, red faction, and freekstyle (dirt bike game). They're all wicked fun. Good multiplayer games to keep your whole crew occupied. I can ship them myself. I just want to make sure we don't get any duplicates. I'll wait till you update your list before I send em.

yeah yeah, its not a brand new PS2, but I have a PSone with a few games, 1 memory card, and 2 controllers that I'm throwing in, they'll find a use for it.

I am taking donations at AO NE 6 in Cape Cod this Sat. Oct 2nd. i have a ps2 2 controllers and socom 2, atv 2, and vice city. i have one other person so far that is bringing a Dreamcast on Sat. with controlers and games. what ever i collect on Sat. I will post here, so everyone know that i am sending everything i get. i will be sending a package on Monday or Tuesday of next week with everything i have. if other people are sending me things, i will make another shipment.
