    Need some help with an image!

    alright, ive got a problem, i need someone to do me a favor if they have a little extra time and wouldnt mind, since i have no idea what im about to say.

    I need the image im going to post in psd or ai format generated at 300 dpi?

          whats the dpi-ppi conversion ratio? ill do it for you then PM you a zip of it.

              i have no idea, i dont even know what that stuff means, all i know is my team is getting something custom made and we cant use the GIF image...the company told us what we needed.
