Frames Per Second in digital paintball

Hey boys and girls.

I recently built a new desktop..

AMD 2500+
ATI 9600XT
512 pc3200 ram.

I play battlefield vietnam @ like 80-120 fps, but most of the time while playing dpb i cant break 70??? And yes I can notice the dif between 70 and 99.9

I have the drivers that came with my 9600xt installed. I would update to the newest 4.9 catalyst, but i believe that gets rid of my overdrive option ..

I tried omega drivers before i reformatted and Those didnt not help much either. The reason i thought they would help was that you had the option between old OGL and new OGL drivers.

I know most of you have no idea what im talking about. if anyone does, and can lead me in the right direction.. do so!

70fps is fine, and you can't tell the difference between 70 and 90, tv is only 30fps once you get much over 40 you can't notice much difference.

quit complaining i only get 20-30

Digi PB was fun for a while, It still is kinda.

I have been enjoying Day of Defeat. People still whine, but at least they arent spammng "no grey paint" "take off the SP jersey" "who" "the guy wearing the SP jersey"
