Pocket Bikes - Which Should I Get?

Recently I've been wanting a Pocket Bike more and more, but I don't have much to spend on one. I have about $450 for one, max. So, which should I get? Keep in mind, I know absolutely nothing about these things, but I do want one that is: Reliable / Dependable, Fun, Not Slow (doesn't need to be fast, just fast enough to have fun on), and CHEAP. So, what should I buy / do? Keep in mind, I barely have $450, so there is NO leniency there.

Acutally, you can't use lawnmower engines to power anything like that because the shaft is vertical, when it needs to be horizontal.

Please don't post useless things like that. You say a cheap one, but not which, even though that was my question, and instead mention an upgrade that would be more than my complete budget, even without the "cheap one".
