I need a video illustrating projectile motion so of course I want to do paintball. But I need a suitable video. The instructions say to find a video illustrating projectile motion sideways so that you can tell by objects in the video what range you'ro looking at. So it's not exact. One of zman's videos would work I think if I only knew the total range. I have to take an individual projectile and digitize its motion, and create a spreadsheet full of motion equations an then try to carculate the coefficient of drag and compare that to a coefficient achieved by cross section method. I don't know if paintball is going to work or not .
