I did this one about 2 years ago. I set up a scarecrow laying in a chair in the front yard a few days before Trick or Treat. Then, before all the little kids came out that night, I changed into the scarecrow's clothes and sat in the chair. (It had a sandbag head that I could easily see out of) Trina and the dog were on the front porch with the candy, distracting everyone. When people would walk by me, I would stand up and follow them to the door or reach out and grab them, etc...
I scared the poop outa parents and had those "too old to be trick or treating" teens runing out of my yard! MMUUUWWWWhhhhhaaaa!
oh...Clare...why don't you just wear that to 'cup?
