I feel like such a rebel...

Well, I did something... illegal... OMFG!

No it wasn't downloading programs off the net... something a bit more... "hardcore"

I'm burning DVD's atm to sell today at a tournament I film n stuff.

Well I was getting sleepy and coffee tasted nasty, I'm 15, in drivers ed and have my permit, I've only driven 4-5 times and thought about it.

I grabbed my dad's keys, snuck outside, brought my dog with just because he makes too much noise and might wake my parents, anyway. I start the car and back out real slow, I follow all the traffic rules and am a pro at driving, I head down to the local grocery store that's 2 miles away, that's supposedly open 24 hours a day, I was planning to pickup some rockstar and redbull, well I park (like a pro) walk up and both the doors are locked, the lights are on and there are employees walking around, I knock and they just look at me, so I get back in "the" car and try to think of where-else I could get some, I head out to the other QFC which is a couple of miles away, I get there and same thing, I realize theres a gas station in the same area, I pull up, park, walk in, and find the redbull and rockstar COLA, I was like sick, and I bought the stuff, drove home, got back, came in slow and quiet, parked, walked inside real quiet and sneaky like a ninja, put the keys back on the counter and snuck back upstairs. BTW, I don't look 15 at all, 6ft 180lbs, I'm often mistaken for being much older, so I was less suspicious.

The oddest part was there were only 2 people on the road, I mean it's only 4:30 am in the 25th largest city in washington...

I'm a better driver then 2-3 of my friends who just got their licenses, they're... bad... I'm scared to ride with them (even though that's illegal too)

I feel like a super uber rebel, the most important part about this, is that I got my rockstar... and redbull... mmmm.... rockstar cola... so... good...

Anyway, uh, post your rebelious stories... ya...

Well that was not too smart. Your age is showing through in all its glory. Laws are written for a reason. Basically, you were an unlicensed driver. Being an unlicensed driver, you have no insurance coverage. If you hit a little kid or old lady crossing the street, your parents could lose their house and everything else they own because of your stupidity. Try to grow up and take life a little slower. Your turn for driving will come. Its better in the long run if you do the right thing now, as it may haunt you later in life if you don't. Been there...done that. Heed the warning.

Tuna, not to make what he did look good, but atleast in the state of PA if you have your permit, you have to have insurance. Now I am not sure what happens if you wreck and no licensed driver is in the car, but you are insured.

Insurance probably would cover him although he would get some heafty fines and loose his license for a while (in NY if you get caught driving with a permit they can revoke your license untill you're 21 but it rarley happens). What most people don't think about though is most people are only insured for $10,000-$300,000 depending on the policy you have. That means when you smash up an $80,000 car with a $10,000 policy you get to pay the differance. The same goes for if you get sued for 10 million for injuries.
I think with the cheapest coverage if you get sued the insurance company takes a look at it and if it looks like the people will win atleast 10k they just write out a check for that and you are on your own with the wresh, attorneys fees and such. With 300k or so of insurnace they are going to have one of their lawyers fight for you.

So true. My friend just got her permit, shes 15. The day she got it, she took her moms car, tried to driver to her friends house, which was 5 miles away. She forgot to put her headlights on, got pulled over. Now she cant drive at all until shes 18.
