                  How the world did he manage that?

                  It looks like he high sided, but it doesn't look like there's a turn capable of inducing a slide.

                  Upon looking a bit closer, I notice that there are zig-zag tire marks just in front of the camera-equipped bike. It would seem that he wheelied, then got into a tank-slapper upon touchdown. The tank-slapper got worse, and he went on over.
