I'm THINK this is a Randall ALL-PURPOSE FIGHTING KNIFE model 1-7 as shown in this link:
However, the engraving looks difference. The handle is made if a fine grain wood of maybe oat or some red grain wood.
On one side of the knife it says" Classic Blades Model #1-7" and it has picture of a Ace and a face card behind the ace with a boot knive stabbed into them both. The other side says, "Made in the U.S.A EFFINGHAM, IL" with the bottem of the blade saying "Carbon Steel".
The blade is used and can be buffed up, and is still very sharp. The sheeth is very simple and not like the other randall with the sharpening tool.
Any clue what this is? Maybe just a Randall Moc-up? If so how much do you say it's worth? I have seen model 1-7 randalls like this sell for $300-$400 used.
