    Current statistics? (Gun control stuff)

    Does anyone have a good place I can look for recent statitics on gun control and all that fun stuff? All I can find is old statistics, like around 1997.

    Gun related deaths, % population owning guns, etc....

      The primary sources for this information is going to be the CDC and their National Vital Statisitcs Report whish based off of their National Vital Statisitics System.

      Keep in mind that the numbers you will find out there are going to be so massaged as to say anything and dealing with the raw data will be nigh impossible.

      There is typically as few years between statistical updated simply because of the sheer volume of material to sift through.

      Way, way, waaaaaaaay back in high school I tried my best to do an anti-anti-handgun debate but it was next to impossible to find anything relevant.
      Return to the free market. Get rid of all government regulations and let society make it's own decisions. Time and again the relaxing of government regulations has increased profits, innovation and the economy.

          your not gunna find ANY numbers that are anywaht truthfull. they will al be inflated or cut down. but as a general judgement, regulation is failing. enforcement is needed, not more regulation.
