        $24 is the standard fee...although they didn't call it a bribe, they said it was to pay for the license and application

            Darn now I don't feel so special bout gettin my permit yesterday. Ah well at least I have some good news for all you pedestrians and soon to be fellow drivers out there, me and the major live cross the country from each other so you don't have to watch for both of us at the same time... Now that would be scary.

                                Grr... what is this and other states letting you get you license earlier?????? I have to wait until I'm 16 1/2 (well actually later, I was lazy and got my permit two months late.) Just watch out after Feb. 26th!!!!

                                    im almost 18 and i still have my temps. although now i have an excuse to try it cause sarah lives a little further then i can walk in one day.
