    Food marketing question

Why does something that is 98% fat-free sound healthy?

If they put on the label: Healthy! 2% fat! It doesn't sound so good.

Or popcorn butter that says 96% fat-free... it could equally say: "Fat - 4% butter-free"

    Hurm.

Of course they wouldn't put 2% fat on it, they WANT it to sell. Just like ground beef, 80% lean sounds alot better than 20% fat

      instead of "only 1 out of 10 _______ don't recommend ________"
