I absolutely LOVE Egg Nog...but the Doc says it is one of the worst things for you when it comes to cholesterol and clogged arteries. Almost worse than butter and sausage

I can do a 1/4 gallon of the nog a day.
I know my local stores that stock eggnog early as well as into January.
