BB gun help and advice wanted!

    Hey AO
I want a cheap and easy to use BB rifle to shoot behind the house. Can someone tell me about good companies to look at and companies that I should stay away from. It'd be even better if you can find me a gun!

I don't want air powered, I am looking for some pump action, fairly high velocity and has good accuracy I am looking for something under $100. Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

I do know the AO sig rules, I just want a free sig pic, that's all!

Crossman 760 Pumpmaster. I've had one for about 10 years, and they rock. 10 pumps, and it'll tear through a couple of soda cans. Accurate, has a dovetail if you rewally want to drop some cheap optics on it, and just all around cool. Not quite sure how much these days, but I'm pretty sure that they go for nowadays.

'Course, if you want to go the cheap route, there is always the Daisy Red Rider pumps. They sell for around 20 bucks, and are fairly useless, but fun.

For under $100 dollars theres only one choice, the Crossman 2100 B, take nothing less.

Its easy to use, pump action, accurate, and much more powefull, at 755fps, than either the cheaper Crossman 760 Pumpmaster,625fps, or the 664 Powermaster, 680fps. I've shot all of these and the Pumpmaster and Powermaster literally feel like toys in your hands, where as the 2100 actually has some weight and a real solid feel like a rifle.

usually retails for about $80-90 bucks but search online, this company has it as low as $68.99----

I was kind of a bb gun expert of sorts when I was younger, I've shot at least 20 different models, and the Crossman 2100 is about the best you can get for your needs and in your price range. I had one for years and I dropped it, got mud all over it, and pretty much beat it up in any way you can imagine and it still kept shooting great. It takes ten pumps to reach full power, 755fps, so its not like you have to pump it that much if your just plinking in your back yard. Have fun

HAHAHA My uncle just got my dad a Red Rider Special like the one in that movie.
He was so proud of it until all of us kids started teasing him about shooting his eye out.
