They've already been shipped like a week ago. Store just aren't allowed to sell before Nov. 9th.

There's a halo 2 tourney going on next weekend here, sponsered by the computer store here, tons of prizes and stuff. Unfortuantly, I'll be busy ALL day saterday and sunday getting my bartending certification.

You call it a mediocre FPS. If it is soooo mediocre why does it have soooo many fans, Because all you play are pc games

I will call it SOOOOO mediocre because its still the only FPS on the Xbox that people play on Live with a decent amount of people. Thats why it has such a following because people who bought an Xbox, expecting more FPS worth multiplaying didn't come out except maybe Unreal. So you got left with bland Halo. And no I just don't play only PC games, I own a Xbox(sadly enough) and it mostly just plays DVD's now because the PC is a better gaming platform.

Halo pre xbox wasn't even a friggin' FPS it was all third person. Bungie made the changes because they felt they were best.

I think it would have been an awesome 3rd person command gamef for the Mac/PC. But when Bungie had their balls in a vice due to Microsoft to make a FPS, of coure they are going to make those changes, they bought them out. Either make changes or your all fired.

You think goldeneye was a better FPS? Maybe you should learn to use more than one joystick at a time.

Back in the day, Goldeneye was the stuff, no denying it. I may have been out of line about it being better than Halo. Im sorry but the Xbox controller has to be the worst controller on the face of the Earth, next to the Gamecube's. Keyboard and mouse will always, and forever will be, better IMO. But this is all personal preference.

Halo Xbox is awesome because there is no lag and no one can cheat only use glitches readily available to everyone. Finally halo has multiplayer vehicles.

And?.... Most PC FPS have no lag with cable, in good serevers with admins, no cheaters and get rid of glitchers too and having multiplayer vehicles is nothing special. Mediocre again at best. If I want vehicles BF beats Halo hands down.

...Halo is an OK game...its the competition that makes it better than ok...that is why internet games are great (CounteStrike-StarCraft-Unreal-BattleField 1942-ect.)...it is the challenge that makes it fun...it is great because you don't need the interenet to have a big game with Halo...you can link x-boxes...it is all about ... not ...so play what you want...and enjoy it...

I mean if halo 2 is a great game which i hope it is for yall xbox fans i just hope it doesnt play the role of that one game every what 4 years that makes ppl wanna buy an xbox cause beyond halo and a few rare gems here and there xbox's best games arent exclusives so why buy an xbox
