                  Just bought my GF a Rio Forge Sport.

                  It has 256 MB, an FM tuner and a card slot to add up to a gig more storage! It was $170...

                  FWIW, I like Rio's stuff. I personally have a Karma 20 GB.

                      If your spending $200, might as well try and get $50 more and get an iPod mini. Or hold out a bit more and get a 20gig.

                      OR, any other hard-drive based unit on the market. 512mb is rather small....

                      Also, if you are a college student, teacher, or elected PTA/PTO officer, you can get an educational discount at store.apple.com , or any of their retail stores.

                          I had a nice Nex IIe before it got stolen. It takes removalbe compact flash memory cards, but the screen is a bit weak, but i absolutely loved it.
