I just beat the hardest level with 6 dudes remaining.. was that game supposed to have a point?

I walk to a certain point and then it just stops letting me put guys in

edit:I thought it was more complex than that...but then I realized I was on newgrounds

To easy. I had 31 guys left after playing the hardest one. It is amusing, for about 5 min.
