Ash trays suck....

Ok so I got a ride home from school today with my friend (The same friend that flipped his car less than a month ago). I learned a life lesson; Never empty the Ashtray out the window while moving .

So we're driving down Rt. 100 a pretty busy road, goin about 50 and my friend Matt tells me to empty the ashtray out the window. So not thinking i roll down the window get the ashtray and go to dump it out the window then *WOOSHH* all the ash and cigarette butts come flying back in the window. I'm blinded by ash (never used this smiley before), covered in Cigarette butts, and my throat is dry. Talk a bout feeling retarded......

So for future reference dont dump ashes out of a moving vehicle, it doesnt work.

If you wouldn't have let anyone smoke in your car you wouldn't have that problem in the first place. I'm really strict about letting people smoke in my car - I hate the smell of smoke. My mom smokes and her car always reeks of smoke, along with garage (she smokes outside).

it's my friends dads car. this is the friend that totaled his moms car, its in FC somewhere.
And i was dumping them out the window because they were gonna get into the air somehow.

I'm always amazed by people who get so angry about littering. When you thro away trash in a garbage can it doesn't dissapear. It goes right back into the earth. Does it really matter if it goes into a landfill or not. It's still gonna be here on earth.

Note: This isn't directed at anyone here. This story just reminded me of the people that get REALLY angry at a tiny peice of trash.

Well first of all I wasn't talking about 300 million people. I was talking about 1 piece of trash and the people who get all worked up about it. It's silly when you think about. I understand people who don't like litter. But its not something to get all worked up about when the trash is ending up in the same place. Rotting in the ground.
