Song in a movie previewed before Saw

I went and saw the movie Saw the other day, and before the movie there were a bunch of horror previews and stuff, and one of them had a song in it that was a remake of "Superstar" by The Carpenters, you know, "Don't you remember you told me you loved me baby..." and so on. It was a creepy faster version of that song, and I can't remember what movie it was in. Or if you knew the artist of this version that would be awesome. Thanks

Hmm interesting, the only remake of that song I remember was from Sonic Youth ... dont know if that is it nor not though.

This page, http://www.informationblast.com/Cover_version.html, lists Luther Vandross and Ruben Studdard as two others that did a remake also.
