Here is my beer, explanation below:


This is pretty much all of the small equipment one needs

This is the 4 gallon pot I use...its currently still full of trub(hop crud)

This is me cooling the brew so i can pitch yeast at the proper temperature

This is yesterday nites batch AKA Amazing Daze American Wheat Ale

This is an Octoberfest ALE that I am making. As you can see by the tube and beer bottle the fermentation was so explosive I had to switch from a standard airlock to a blowoff tube(i blew the top and had to clean the underside of the table...wish I had taken pictures...but it was just too awful)

This is St.Nick's Ale. Should be ready for the Xmas party..

This is a Dunkel Lager thats getting its Diacetyl Rest

These are the bottles that one of these batches ends up making

This is the beer that I get from it.

And the piece de resistance...this is wine. Icewine. For those of you who may or may not be conniseurs(i know i misspelled that sorry), this wine kit cost me 80 and makes roughly 500 worth of wine. Icewine is made from grapes that have frosted over so that the sugars crystalize...very expensive...very sweet...very good.

Wow. You're not kidding around. I've never really had more than two batches going at the same time.

When you showed " the bottles that one of these batches ends up making " I assume that there are more of them.

Are you doing 5 gallon batches?

I've had to use blow-off tubes whenever I do high gravity beers like strong APA's or whatever. It's a pretty nasty mess before you lear that lesson.

The only thing betterthan a house full of fermenting carboys is a fridge full of homebrew!

actually tramp those are 22's but yes...a batch usually makes roughly 30 of them(28ish really)

aaaah, the joys of homebrewing. I did it once, I plan on doing it again sometime too! You outta mix the cocoa puffs with it to make chocolate beer.

Ah.... nice... pretty site it is. I love homebrewing. Sort of something very satisfying about it all.

I got a batch I need to start myself. Need to dust off the equipment and all that.

And interestingly enough I just got a new blower fan motor put in the Kegorator today. I am letting it run a day before filling it up.

Actually, I don't think it's illegal for him to make his own alcohol and drink it. He just can't give it to other minors.

Remember you have to be 21 to PURCHASE alcohol. Doesn't say anything about drinking it.
