Think it might really be all about the $$$?
The large majority of the 51% who voted for Bush won't want to see his stupid movie. All he's doing is making money and entertaining the people that already dislike Bush. So yes, I DO think it's about the money.

Meh! I give up! I'm moving to Canada! j/k

It reallty seems that there is no room in this countrys political system for anyone who is middle of the road. You are either left or right, republican of democrat.

There is only one way to solve this, and its been visited before, to the tune of CIVIL WAR! j/k

On that note, I end my contribution to this thread! OUT!

I have seen it. It's pure tripe.

        Utterly fabricated.

Go watch FahrenHYPE 9/11 and then tell me how truthful you think Mikey Mooron is.

Im willing to bet those that rail the most against F911 have never even seen it. But that doesnt matter, politics is a belief system and its almost impossible to change a hardcore Liberal or Conservatives beliefs.
Seen other Moore films in college classes. Fortunately, academic critiques were also included that pointed out the various inconsistancies, misleading segments, half truths, etc.

Here's one I found in just a couple seconds:

            God gave you a soul.
            Your parents, a body.
            Your country, a rifle.

            Keep all of them clean.

...it's completely legit. The man could not find one single discrepancy. Moore is actually thinking about setting up a challenge worth $10,000 to anyone who can prove him wrong.

Wasn't he sued for altering a newspaper cover to say Gore Wins as the front page instead of a small article that it actually was.

the reason he is just "thinking" about it is because he doesnt have enough cash to pay off what he would owe if he threw that challenge down.

btw, "fact-checker for the New York Times" made me laugh so hard i spit out my oj. who is this fact-checker, jayson blair?

So who will be the candidates 2008?

                            John McCain?
                            Jeb Bush?
The Governator (provided the constitution is changed)?

                            Hilary Clinton?

I'd probably vote for McCain or the Governator (not socially conservative).

Jeb Bush, I don't think so. Although, maybe he is more moderate than his brother.

This movie is doing nothing positive for America. This film can't change what happened on election day. It is just pointless propoganda against the government. Pushing F 9/11 for best picture of the year in the oscars is insane. It wasn't even that well done, IMO. Give it to a film that actually deserves it.
