cleaned up a bit, dunno if it changes it alot, i just edited from a 16x16 pixel view

Step One.
Transfer image file onto CD; make sure no copies remain on your hard-drive.

Step Two.
Insert CD into blender with orange juice. Blend on Rapid for 30 to 45 seconds.

Step Three.
Drink smoothie.

Step Four.
Consult the threads for a good looking sig to your requirements before fashioning your own.
