Those planes are extinct to the best of just about everyones knowlage. If that truely is an original it's probably worth a whole hell of a lot more than $10,000 reguardless of the condition.

Not to get off of your topic with price, but I was at a scenario game that had an ultralite bi-plane. It was pretty cool. They used it to come in low and slow and strafe people with paintgrenades. You weren't allowed to shoot at it, but it added a cool effect to the big game.
