My Pick: Ninja Gaiden.

On a level of difficulty it is to the point of smashing controllers, but that same difficulty makes you wanna keep playing it that much more...and because ninjas rule.

Knights of the Old Republic (soon to be a series)
Sega/ESPN NHL series - Best hockey series period
EA's Madden series
Project Gotham series if you like racing games
Splinter Cell series if you like sneak games
Ghost Recon was GREAT on PC, but I never played it on Xbox

Well i'm getting an x-box for christmas and instead of starting a new topic, i will ask here. what are the big rpg games for it? I plan on getting morrowind and KOTOR. Has Fable lived up to the hype? is there a good turned based only rpg? are there any good strategy games like C&C, Age of Empires, Starcraft, etc? thanks.

Get KOTOR and KOTOR 2 - both are excellent - great games. KOTOR and KOTOR 2 that I'm still working on, are up there on my list of best games I've ever played. It took me 20 hours to get my freakin lightsaber in KOTOR 2 - because I spend a lot of time exploring and doing the bonus quests.
Fable is a nice game, unique, kinda interesting - but short. If you buy it, get it after KOTORs
Morrowind sucks, I have no idea why it got some award. I bought it because it was cheap, and gave it an honest effort to play through that game - I hate it. I have Halo and Halo 2 - Halo 2 is more interesting, but I honestly do not see why everyone gets so excited about it. I'd say they're the best FPSs on the XBox though.

TopSpin is one of the best tennis games ever, along with VirtuaTennis and Tennis2K2 (Virtua Tennis 2). Even if you don't really like tennis, everyone seems to have fun with this - and I highly recommend it.
