well when you consider that cali has carried out that sentance a whopping 10 times since 1978 its not that big of a deal. more people have died of natural causes on cali's death row than have met the executioner. now his appeal will be paid for by the state and he will be kept out of gen pop. i guess he is thankful he didnt do that in Texas.Comment

its funny he can keep appeling for i dont know how many times. But if found not guilty once he's free. I say kill him now
