Anyone else hate whipped butter?

the forums are slow today, and I really hate whipped butter.

When its cold, its crumbly, and doesn't spread well. When it gets warm, its easier to spread, but its sorta foamy in a disturbing way.

Also, if it melts and rehardens, it looks grody.

Join me in the fight against whipped butter!

It is nasty. I'm only forced to eat it when I come to the USA. We don't really have it here

I never buy that crap at home. It's all Im stuck with at work, though.

And we might be stuck with whipped butter over here sometimes, manike, but at least we get real bagels

i'm more of a margerine kinda gal.......

although i do have butter on occassion, whipped butter is good only on warm, freshly baked things otherwise its very unnecessary.

oh i cant stand the stuff! but I do love whipped cream cheese! The double whipped strawberry cream cheese from Einstien bagel is the BEST! LOL! And its low fat!!!!

i find that i need to spread on more whipped cream cheese as opposed to regular tub/block variety. light and fluffy yes, but lacks the texture i've become accustomed to in cream cheese.
