Weird computer error - "Runtime error!" keeps popping up

So this keeps popping up about every ten minues, I've got no clue what started it or why. I replaced that file with the same file from a friend thinking it was corrupted, but the errors still keep flowing. System restore won't work, becuase it's happened for months, but usually only ocasionally. Starting today, it's been a pain (like I said, about every 10 minutes).

Any ideas on how to fix it?

fake edit: I've also run our Norton virus scan, as well as Ad-Aware and Spybot, in case for some strange reason any of that would've fixed it. No luck.

Thats the windows indexing service...
It indexes the harddrive for faster searches.

You can disable it in drive properties or disabling the service.
