OK, so there has been plenty of talk about Half-Life2, so how about the other game that runs off of the Source engine, Bloodlines. Anyone play it? What are your thoughts? I love the open endendness of it, the way you can sneak, talk, or fight your way through a situation. Between the visuals and the sound I think it is one of the most atmospheric games in the past couple of years. And the fact that you can create your own character with is own abilities and to a small degree its own appearence, all of which effects the way that NPCs interact with you. My only gripe is the few glitches and the dev team at Troika is slow with the patch.

I absolutely LOVED the first one.
I've really been out of the gaming scene though.. Don't have the time to put into a story oriented game such as this.
And yea, I've heard it had tons of bugs.
I'll pick it up a year later maybe once the price goes down and I have some more time. -
Only real problem I had was I couldn't get it to load originally. To fix that all I had to do was go in and manually adjust the refresh rate in DirectX. It's crashed a couple times, but no to often. Aside from some Z-fighting, one HoM effect error, a couple brushes that were caulked but shouldn't have been, and a little stuttering that can be attributed to my slow graphics card, I haven't had any major trouble with it. Hopefully a patch will be out soon.Die Screaming
