    TV on the net?

    hey guys check this out. while i was talking to a friend online he sent me a program that allows you to watch TV and/or radio online. i found the maker of it and you can download it at www.winamp.com. its almost as good (quality) as digital cable!
    but they have all kinds of shows/movies/radio stations that you could even think of. Best thing of all is that it is FREE.

          Gee, thanks for the comment. i cant help it that i did not find out sooner. the only real reason i brought this up was to spead it to other people that dont know about it (slow technology learners as you say).

              sorry bout being so rude, i just kinda figured that winamp is kinda old and everyone knew about it .

                  Chris, winamp is pretty old, most people already know about it. Although it was a nice thought to inform us, next time do a search on the forums. Im sure you will find a thread on it way back.

                                          The amusing part isn't so much that its "old news", but just that Winamp is so well-known as an audio player, and you don't see it mentioned as a net tv viewer often. Just worth a chuckle to current winamp users, nothing personal im sure
