I just need a quick answer.
I can't find bayside view performance shop. You know where they sms you and tell you need junk is in. Where do you go to get it. I checked my world map and I can't seem to find where to go

just go to the SMS and hide all of the other things except for performance shops and go to the locations.if you cant find it your just not looking hard enough on your SMS or you havent foudn it in the game yet.

I just started it today, and I'm up to like new side mirrors, could that be the case?

There are tons of shops you gotta find. Look for different colored lights in front of alleys and there should be shops down behind there. The game is wicked fun. Haven't gotten to far into it. I think i am a few cars after the supra

no,what you do is when your just driving around,look for differnt color spotlights shining on the road like red,blue,gold,yellow,green and such and those are all of the differnt shops like Performance,specialty,graphics,body and so on...they are located everywhere...the mirrior thing has nothing to do with it..you unlock body parts as you finish races and URL's..you usually unlock cars and like level 1,2,and 3 parts with the URL's....and if your wanting the mustang,it is the 3rd to last car you get in the game,and its a horrible car.

Green=Body
Gold/Yellow=specialty
Light blue=Car lot
